Product update

Connect SharePoint, control your sync, and sign in with SSO

Your documents already live somewhere. This release lets PlanOps work from where they are, and makes signing in simpler for larger teams.

What's new

  • Connect SharePoint as a CDE. Link a SharePoint site, browse to the right project folder, and PlanOps keeps your drawings and documents in sync automatically - pulling across only what has changed each time.
  • Choose how each connection syncs. New sync modes let you decide how much a connected CDE brings in, with an upfront volume estimate so you know what to expect before it runs.
  • A guided Viewpoint setup. Connecting Viewpoint now walks you through the steps, with a setup guide link right where you need it.
  • Enterprise single sign-on. Organisations can sign in through their own identity provider, with admin-managed access so the right people are added and removed cleanly.
  • Smoother programme imports. When importing a programme, PlanOps now points you to Powerproject XML as the format that comes across most reliably.

Why it matters

Most teams already keep their drawings in a CDE like SharePoint or Viewpoint. Connecting one directly means PlanOps works from your live document set rather than asking you to upload copies - and enterprise sign-on keeps access tidy and secure as your team grows.
